Hi, does anyone live near the Strafford County NH courthouse or county offices and would be willing to do a deed or probate search?

I have a will & date of death of Joseph Holmes (1825/1832). I show a matching possible heir/son (Isaac Holmes) in Farmington, NH. Also found a mention on nhfamilies.com of a mortgage taken by out by the Joseph which shows a legal description in Farmington.

I just need a copy of the deed/transfer or probate to prove their relationship & place of residence in Farmington, NH.
