Children were: Arthur (b. abt 1911), Laila (abt 1912), Clarence ( abt 1913), & Rolf (abt 1916). According to 1920 Census they lived in City of Hancock, Houghton County, Michigan. In 1930 Census they lived in Portage Township, Houghton, Michigan
