Facts (such as marriage info) cannot be copyrighted. Only original creative content can be copyrighted to the author.
The newspaper clippings if taken word for word (especially those from the more recent years) could possibly be under copyright--but the facts and genealogical info included in the articles are free for anyone to use.
It sound as if this information would make a nice database. All you would need to do is use a program such as Excel and create columns with heading such as date, event, bride's name, groom's name, date of newspaper article, name of newspaper, location, notes. and create a database of all the genealogical information.
