1930 census for Thomas J. Keane b. Abt. 1868 Ireland
w. Rose b. Abt 1872 Ireland. His daughter Florence b. 1900 may or may not be living with them (with her husband Luis Bethencourt since I cant find them in 1930 either).
102 Carpenter Avenue, Tuckahoe/Yonkers, NY. I know this address is correct since the house was in the family until a few years after Florence died in 1994. However, they still could have been in Manhattan and I just can't find them, they moved around a lot and lost everything in the Depression (like everyone else).
