French Canadian Wedding 1818

I've been searching for the marriage records of a Marguerite Martin and Louis Allard. So far everyone points their records to this marriage in 1818. They say it is Boulet but that looks like a Goulet to me. Also something is different about this record that is abnormal. It was rumored in the Allard family that we had Metis blood. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it.

Can someone please properly translate this for me? I have the basics such as date etc but there are a bunch of names that don't make sense.

Usually it is just Date, Groom, father and mother of Groom, marries Bridge, father and mother of bride, these two people are signing at witnesses and wham bam thank you maam you are married.

But this one is very unusual.

Please help!
