Need a tombstone translated from Yiddish/Hebrew

Surnames: Bleich
I have a photo of my Great Grandmother, Lillian Bleich's (nee Lorber) tombstone. It is inscribed in either Yiddish or Hebrew (I appologise for my ignorance on the diffence between them).

Would love to connect with someone who can translate it into English
