Hi,

Does anyone understand why the GRO Office would say that the entry for a birth certificate which I ordered does not exist, although I have found it on the BMD and seen the original entry, i.e. Alice Love born Sept Q 1851, reg. 4/346 Lambeth?

What should I do now?
