Can anyone tell me if the 100 yr rule that applies to the SS-5 application applies to death certificates? I want to order my husband's gma's death certificate. I don't know her parents name but do know her maiden name. Will they black out the names of her parents? will the parents names definetly be on there? She passed in 2003. Thanks!!
