Hi there,

Just wondered if anyone could help.

We have some relatives whose births seem to be registered in both Dublin, Ireland and Manchester, England. We understand the family travelled quite a lot to and from both places.

They were born between 1903 and 1907, one relative, an infant, has a birth and death record for both areas too.

We have doubled checked the records and they are certainly the same people.

Could anyone give us an insight as to why the births would be registered at both places?

Kind Regards,

Emma Bovill
