Springfield High School Class of 1931 Illinois

I've located in my family files a poorly copied photocopy of the "Class Will and Testament" for the Class of 1931 at Springfield High School, Springfield, IL.

My grandmother, Lillian (Davenport) Marcussen, and at least two of her good friends, Virginia Plunkett and Harold Huber, whom I believed married, graduated that year.

If anyone is looking for additional senior names, as well as the classmates they bequeathed things to, contact me and I will provide you any information I have.

I am in possession of a yearbook from McKinley Jr. High, now George Washington Carver Middle School, from the late 20' - early 30's. It belonged to my aunt Inez Gray b. 1915.
The school is located on McKinley Ave and Vernon Ave. in Los Angeles. Principal was Arthur Brown, Boy's V.P. was Irl Wilson and Girl's V.P. was Pearl J. Grant.

Rhode Island College 1935

I purchased a 1935 RICOLED (RI College) yearbook today at a yard sale. The book is in excellent condition and includes wonderful photos of the gradating class (many with autographs!).

Near as I can tell, the book belonged to Mary Carmela Malafronte, of Bristol, RI. Mary's bio says "Mary's unobtrusive manners have not caused her to be overlooked, for her logical mind and excellent concentration command attention. She is friendly and dependable."

Let me know if you have a family member that graduated RI College in 1935. I would be happy to look them up for you and scan the picture/send info.

I have no connection to this school, but always on the look out for ways to help others find their own connections. I have a scanner so will be willing to help in whatever way I can.

I'm trying to locate someone who has high school year books covering the years of about 1960 to 1964. I don't know how many high schools were in Charlotte then, but if you have some of their yearbooks covering those year would you contact me and perhaps we can locate photos of a relative I'm hunting for in them?

Or, if high school yearbooks are kept at the Charlotte public libraries, maybe a quick search of them would lead to a photo copy of the pictures I'm looking for. It's an idea, at least.

Since I don't know which high schools were present in the early 60's, I wouldn't know who to call to see if the school libraries, themselves, have the yearbooks available for viewing. Perhaps there is a Charlotte, NC teacher reading this who could inquire for me?

Hi... I am looking for a look up in a LA county high school year book. It is for a Christopher C. Daniels in the 70-71 school year. He was 16 yrs old, so maybe a sophmore or junior. He passed away from a gunshot wound that summer. Gruesome I know, but I have virtually no information on this cousin with none of his immediate family left living. To find any info on him would be wonderful. From the address on the death certificate, the location would be more toward the Hollywood/W.LA. area. This is a long shot I know...but thanks anyways!

Some years ago, I picked up two school year books from The San Marcos Academy, San Marcos, TX. at an estate sale in McKinney, Texas.
Apparently, the family of this estate didn't care to keep these books, or so I assume.
The books are from 1931 and 1935.
I will be happy to do lookups or send this book to a family member with ties to this school.
There is no charge for these books, but I would like to have some confirmation that they go to family members.
