We are trying to put together a big reunion of Chilcotts and Allied Families in Tulsa, Oklahoma next year. My immigrant was Richard Chilcott, born in Bridgewater, Somersetshire, England in 1745/46. He married a Ruth Loveall (daughter of Zebulen Loveall) near Fredricksburg, Maryland and settled in Trough Creek Pennsylvania. Richard died 1820 and Ruth 1810. If you claim this Richard for an ancestor we would love to hear from you so we can get you information on the reunion.

Ringer, Cinderella (1830-1920) who married John Soloman Pickett, Christeen America (1831-?) who married a Faris and a Garnlett, Mandred Jackson (1833-1909) who married Amanda Braden, George Washington (1836-1903) who married Margy Ann Howard, Francis Marion Young (1839-?), and Hannah Elizabeth (1l842-1934) who married Josiah Stanley.

I am a descendent of William Rufus Prock, Jr. He was
a judge in Wright Co. Missouri before and during the
Cival War time. He raised a large family and some
lived in nearby counties. I know there are some of his
anscestors in Laclede Co.
The earliest descendent known to us is Paul Prock (also spelled Prack and Brack). In 1738 he arrived in Pensylvania on the ship, THE WINTER GALLEY. His age was 21, so we calculate that his date of birth was 1717.

Does anyone know about the Finley reunion held annually near Clayton Lake in Oklahoma?

I descend from Lillie Finley, eldest of many children born before the turn of the century in Indian Territory, possibly Davis. She migrated to Porterville CA later in life, and that is where we are from, but we still have many cousins and other kin who remained in OK. Her father, Aaron David Finley, mother, Georgia Nancy Ward Finley, brother Milton and sister Viola are buried in the Darwin OK cemetary.

I attended a great Prock Reunion in Conway Arkansas on July 4th weekend. Tom Prock and his clan did a bang up job!

Next year's Prock Family Reunion will be held in October, 2002 in Red Oak Oklahoma. We usually start Friday evening and end up on Sunday afternoon.
