HAZEN reunion - Aug 7 to Aug 10, 2003 at Casper Mountain, Wyoming

Descendants of Orin Elliott (Sam) HAZEN (1876-1957) of Broken Bow & Sargent, Nebraska are planning a 2003 reunion. It will be held August 7 afternoon, Friday Aug 9th, Saturday Aug 10th with adjournment by noon Sunday Aug 10th at the Allen H. Stewart Lions Camp for the visually impaired. The Camp is a 100 bed facility on top of Casper Mountain just a short distance from downtown Casper, Wyoming with bathrooms and showers. The kitchen/ dining facility includes a walk-in cooler, commercial dishwasher, oven/grill/stove, eating trays, cooking utensils & coffee makers. There will be cleaning supplies, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other amenities. Hot and cold running water is in most of the buildings nearby. The beautifully landscaped property surrounds three dorm buildings, one large carpeted meeting hall/activity room, one rustic meeting hall that often is used as a sanctuary. There is also a covered picnic area with a grill and fireplace; playground and equipment nearby; abundant wild life & hiking trails close by. 2004 Jacob Michaelson Reunion

Jacob Michaelson Family Reunion to be held June 26th, 2004 in Afton, Wyoming. Jacob's wives were Nille Olsen Pedersen, Susannah Barker and Elizabeth Emma Barker.
Nille had 2 sons, one of whom died in childhood and the other was Nels Olaf, he married Susan Caroline Harmon of Fairview, WY and eventually settled in the Idaho Falls, ID area. If you descend from this line we would love to have you contact us.
Susannah had 12 children and lived in St. Charles, ID and Elizabeth Emma had 13 children and she lived in Afton, WY.
The last of Jacob's children passed away on December 1, 2001, Lydia Vilate, youngest child of Elizabeth Emma. She was 107 years old.
