Dear Nick,
I can't help you with the Latin translation, but in addition to the many noble Tóth families, I don't even think you can be certain about which Szolnok is being referred to. There was an inner (BelsÅ‘) and an outer (KülsÅ‘) Szolnok megye. The former became part of Szolnok-Doboka, in Transylvania/Romania; the latter a part of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megye.
There are quite a few Tóth families whose nobility dated from the time of Rudolf II, some coming from Szolnok-Doboka villages. I do not see that LDS has any listings of nobility for this area, however.
Do you have the Arcanum IV DVD?
Janet
