Toth nobility by King Rudolf II

Hi All,
I recently found a record for my ancestor Mihaly Toth who lived from the late 1700's/early 1800's. It stated his family was granted nobility from King Rudolf II and it was recorded along with a genealogy in Szolnok megye. Although it stated that information, it did NOT give a year. I searched and I read that Rudolf II reined from 1576 to 1611.. so it has to be somewhere in that time range. Can anyone help?
