Supposedly my Grandfather, Leopold Wilhelm Lau, worked as a blacksmith for the court of Kaiser Wilhelm during the early to mid 1890's. I realize your book would probably not list blacksmiths, but thought you might know of a way I could check this out. Any ideas would be appreciated.
