OK, I mean no offense, so please believe me when I say I am trying to help here.
I just don't see any real suggestion of a link between your family and James Stewart, Earl of Moray and/or James Stuart King of Scotland and England. I admit it IS a possibility, but it is a long shot. If I understand correctly your great grandfather was Robert Stewart McIntyre married to Jane Dunseith. His middle name is possibly an indication of a Stewart family connection but the best way to discover that connection is to trace his line back to Scotland.
It is rare that one is able to work things out coming "down" from a certain person in the past. For example; James Stweart, Earl of Moray m. Agnes Keith and had three daughters: Annabel (who died unmarried), Elizabeth m. James Stewart, Lord Doune; and Margaret who m. Francis Hay, Earl of Errol.
Elizabeth Stewart and James Stewart, Lord Doune, had five children, including James, the 3rd Earl of Moray who married Anne Gordon (whose mother was also a Stuart) and they had James, 4th Earl of Moray who married Margaret Home and had eight children! It would be very difficult to continue tracing all those lines, plus the many more that come later, down to the time of your great grandfather.
It usually works much better going "up" the family tree, since there is a more limited number of branches to follow; and even then they double every generation.
I will admit that such connections can be made. I did not personally do the research but was fortunate to have distant kin with the time, talent and resources to climb our family trees and connect us back to David I, King of Scotland and through him to many others. In fact it turns out that my mother and father are cousins to each other through the same line that makes the connection, so I am related to the Scotish Kings on both sides of my family.
So, don't give up searching, but my advice is to try and narrow the focus of your search. The information about the other people buried nearby or with whom they did business or with whom they were associated is interesting but not really preritent to your query.
Put on your tree climbing gear and find the parents of Rovert Stewart McIntyre
