Cielecki's h.Zaremba , also Clementi or Klementi/iew

Surnames: Cielecki and Clementi
For a long time we've been looking for any family named
Cielecki. The family had propert near Kowno, Eastern Poland
before the II WW.
Any information will be helpful.
Witold Cielecki was the owner of property.
Also has anybody seen the name Clementi, my grandfather was
a captain in the Russian army before the I WW.
The name could've been taken from the Italian languaga
and could've sounded Clementi.I am not sure. It's either
Klementi, Klementiew or Clementi.
I will be grateful for any help.
