Russian Royal? - Mosolov

Surnames: Mosolov, Romanov
I live in an old house in the U.S. formerly owned by "Princess Tatiana Mosolova," (married names: Wright, Hicks), reputedly related to the Romanovs. Tatiana was born in 1896, died in 1975. I have old newpaper articles reporting her marriage to the industrialist Arthur J. Wright in 1936.
My research on the Romanov court reveals only one person by the name of Mosolov -- A.A. Mosolov, Head of the Secretariat (or Registry) of the Ministry of the Royal Court. No indication of whether he was actually nobility.
If anyone has any insight into AAA. Mosolov or Tatiana Mosolova, and whether they were related, I would be grateful to receive it. Thanks.
