Hi there,

Some people in the world feel that they need a title or to be a descendant of blue blooded royal houses, some people would give anything for a normal life, some on the other hand would love to live the life of a prince/princess etc.

I am a relation of royalty myself and people know it, but it doesn't mean much to me at all, yes my ancestor was a king of his right full birth, but don't people think that behind the facade, the grand estates and titles and all of the perks that most of these things are material possessions?

Most royals live a miserable life, correct me if I'm wrong, yes we have similar tastes and habits as our ancestors as we always knew and felt somewhat different from everyone else but in the end there is not much that makes are different, it's not as though we carry our family tree around to make a point.

People look at you differently when they know such things it's not something I tell people, I don't feel the need to do so, people in society can be harsh to nobility as history has taught us.

We look to the past to find who we are as a person, but as we move forward, what shall be remebered of us? titles and splendour or the achievements we made and the lives we changed for the better?

To me there are too many issues in the world such as hiv/aids and poverty and war, all this human despair, shouldn't people that are in such positions lend a helping hand to those in need? or have people lost their human touch.
