Did some further searching; the title Duke of Vendom (I am using the English spelling) passed to Henry, later King of France, who gave it in 1598 to his illegitimate son, Caesar (1594-1665). I can not find where Antoine had a son named Jean; however he had a brother named Jean (1526-1557) who was Comte de Soissons and Seigneur d'Enghien.
