Hi-
Please give us SPECIFICALLY what you searched for -- step by step and where you entered your search terms -- simple search or advanced? Did you search only the Shelby County board or all boards? We need to try to replicate the problem . What entries were missed?
If the entries that were missed were within the past week or so it is quite possible that the searches haven't yet been updated to include them--there is always a lag during which new posts do not show up in a search.
