Request Validation Error - Invalid or Unauthorized input

I keep getting error messages when I try to make a new post. I follow all the guidelines, etc. and when I try to post I get a page "Request Validation Error" and it states "Invalid or Unauthorized input" It tells me to go back and remove the problem - but I have no idea what is creating this problem! (and it doesn't tell me!) I am following all of the posting guidelines, I don't understand why I cannot post - any suggestions>?
