I have been researching the Three Bells for about two years or more. So i have a lot of info, but none of it complete.
You are correct about the info you have so far.
The Three Bells has a fantastic histoy and it just depends on how much time you have. I work on it every day!
Glasgow University Archives (GUAS) has the records of Wm Denny who built the ship so here is a point to start.
Lloyds list has the ship listed each year from 1850 to 1871 when it disappears from the record.
You may contact me AT for further data, but please insert in the subject line of your email JIMBO, otherwise your message will be discarded and wont be readable.
