Two Walton brothers sailed from England on the clipper Sir John Franklin 14/4/1857 to Australia. One stayed in Australia, the other returned to UK. I am descended from the one that stayed and a third cousin (once removed, I think) in England is descended from the other. The query was for him. We both hold a keen interest in family history and as an artist also, he would have liked to paint this ship if I had been able to locate an image for him. I searched extensively about 4 years ago, but have not looked since.
