I called them yesterday and spoke to a very nice young man who said he is going to put in a detailed report about the issues. I told him that I had been researching the issue and have found that some people are getting exasperated that Ancestry.com is not fully supporting Apple products.
He did not have a resolution but said hopefully the developers will soon. It seems we are not the only ones with these logging out issues and supposedly many people have called Ancestry about it. Hopefully a fix will not be a long time coming.
