I agree. I use Safari on my iPhone and haven't had the problem for weeks. Ancestry recommended to me to try the following (in this order) : 1 Upgrade to the latest version of the mobile app. 2 log out and log back in to the mobile app 3 delete my mobile tree and reload it. I ended up doing all three steps and haven't had the problem since. I'm not sure which step fixed the problem as I was focused on fixing another problem which still hasn't been resolved.
