Thanks AGH this was the info/support I needed. I could not find what you explained documented anywhere.
Although the help features and customer service are incomplete at times, I do love the new passion I have developed for geneology using Ancestry.com. I will pay for and continue to use Ancestry.com in a restructued fashion now that I understand the benefits and drawbacks to file ownership.
