In MO, we are very fortunate to easily get copies of death certificates 1910-1955. I've downloaded 100s.

Problem: When I view these pictures for about 5 seconds, I get the error listed above & then BK shuts down.

I just tried reducing the size of the picture files & when I tested this by viewing one, BK gave me the error code immediately & then shut down.

I'm using 6.2.71 under winXP.

Is there a fix for this?
If so, thank you.
