BK5.1 Data to Win XP Programs

I used BK5.1 back in 1995, which came on 5 ea 5 1/4' disks which I cannot now use. I have data saved on a 3 1/2' disk. Using XP Explorer, I found 9 files on it. However, I cannot open the files. Some of the files are BKPERSON.DT5, 56KB: BKLOCATE.DT5, 14 KB: and BKMARR.DT5, 8KB. Is there any way to save this data and import it into the latest Brothers Keeper software or another program? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
