I have been entering information for over a year into my Family Tree Legends software.

Whenever I want to work on it, I merely clicked the icon on my desktop and the program came right up where I left off.

Today, whenever I click the icon, a sort of welcome window comes up giving me several options such as importing someone else's FTL, creating new file, etc.

Did I lose my entire information?

I did receive an email from a lady who said she had info attached which I attempted to download and it showed she had FTL as well. However, I was unsuccessful in downloading her information.

I don't know whether it was attempting to retrieve her info that caused the problem or something else.

Can anyone help me? I'm desperate as I have hours and hours....a whole year's worth of downloading information from forty years of research!!!!!
