I'm having terrible time and cannot get thru to FTL office.

I have entered information with parents names and their children. Somehow, one of the children got disconnected and when you click on their name in the index their page comes up, but it shows they do not have parents.

Their parents ARE in the index with all their children but this one person and I do not know how to connect him to them. When I attempt to attach his name, a box comes up and states he already has parents which he does not!

Now, they were there originally, but I deleted them.

Anyone know how I can connect him to his parents.

The problem is that if you click into his name, there are several HUNDRED descendants from his name and it will be a terrific job to delete everyone and start fresh.

HELP!
