Same problem here. Repeated sync errors, hours wasted on changes that will not upload, unlink, delete, start over, and over...Win 7 64 bit, 8 gigs, blah, blah.... It's not your computer and don't let anyone tell you it is. Generally, when the end user is expected to troubleshoot software to this extent, that software is called beta, and in most instances it's free. With so many people experiencing the same problem, wouldn't it seem logical that the engineers should identify the issue and at the very least address it with an update rather than directing everyone to the so-called knowledge base, message boards, and other areas of collective confusion. Three screens worth of "possible" troubleshooting options on the troubleshooting page, none of which seem to work at all. The fact that a lengthy troubleshooting page exists at all is a bad sign. The staff and the moderators here all seem very courteous and well-meaning, but that doesn't change the fact that we paid for a program that does not perform as advertised, and it should not be up to the end user to come up with various workarounds and band aid solutions, Without a reliable and consistent sync feature this program is really nothing more than offline backup.
