Good gawd Sandy. The ACOM service (which you apparently relish) was subjected to a vicious and criminal DDoS attack. I suspect new defenses they've been compelled to purchase are not coming on the cheap. Should they raise subscription rates now in order to afford you the degree of dependability (100%?) that you appear to feel you're entitled to?
