I may have been a bit short with you, but, by reading most of the other posts out there one should have been aware that there was a MAJOR at Ancestry, that was beyond their control.
A DDoS attack recover is NOT just a simple reboot of the machines and takes several days to recover. Ancestry has always looked after their subscribers as we are their bread and butter. I have seen several that have never recovered and laid off the employees and then shut the doors. We just had one in the past few weeks of a "Cloud" service provider that just did that.
