Do you really believe that?

I know you have spent a lot of time helping people with family tree maker support issues and I respect that. But sometimes I get the feeling that you get far too defensive of the product.

It *seems* to me that instead of fixing problems and improving something they've sold you they simply sell you another version that oftentimes brings its own set of problems to the table.
