Too bad we can't all get the rep you did. When I called about the problem with nicknames being left out of the name index (I wanted to see if there was something techie I could do to add them.) the customer service rep had no clue and had the attitude of "Hey, I just answer phones around here"
I'm glad I kept my 2006 as I am having to go back and forth between the two.
Is anyone else having problems with reports that are there not working? I can't get the relationship chart to work.
