This is where I think I went wrong. When I went to enter my source originally, I entered (for example) Birth Record for xxnamexx rather than using something more generic like "Birth Certificate". So now, my file has numerous birth records, listing each persons name after, rather than just one main source for each county. Which is correct to use? I am just a little confused on this and wanted clarification.
