FTM 16 w/ Vista 64-bit blues

I am unable to export hourglass, descendant and ancestor trees into pdf format. I've installed the FTM 16 patch and the Vista patch without any difficulty. I've installed PDF995 and tried it as the default printer. Any suggestions?
