I have the 19 digit activation code but will not let me register, I have never had it ask me to put in the code and it tells me that the register on the internet does not notice I'm on the internet? When I'am. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing it tells me to do works. I started out on the 14 day trial and liked it and bought the software, haven't got it to work yet. At least farther than the tree.
