FTM16 unable to web search

About a week ago I was doing a web search & it worked fine on one individual. I moved on to another one & I got a server unavailable or firewall error. I've been unable to do a search since & I've attempted every day. Nothing changed on my system & I wouldn't expect it to be a problem since it was working one moment & not the next. Has something changed on the Ancestry website?
