I assume by "system limits" you are referring to your ISP limits of file size attachments?
Probably the simplist method is to burn the file to a CD and mail them the CD.
Other options may include having access to an email site where you can FTP the file that can then be downloaded
There are a number of commercial sites around that provide this service do a Google for them
