You can create a separate file under FTM 2005. Under the Edit menu close your file. Next under the Edit menu click NEW and assign a name that clearly identifies the file as that of the other person and start entering the data.

When you start FTM it will automatically open the file that was open when you closed it. Therefore, when you start FTM you will have to make sure you are working with the right file. Use the Close and Open options under the File menu.

Each file will be entirely independent of the other. You will have to do separate backups for each file. All reports will be unique to the file that is open. All updates will apply only to the open file.
