What does "unlinked" mean?
The leaf ICON will suggest a "hit" that may already be in your file. You see that, somethings, when you are using 2009 on your PC, do a web search and web merge. There is no indication that you did that web merge. You need to check before you do the merge.
Do you have an expectation that the PC version of your file and the Ancestry.com version of your file will be synchronized?
