I would really like to have GEDs available too, but NOT so I can copy it willy nilly into my database. I would like it because its easier to print out reports, compare it to my stuff, and research further for verification. Anybody who copies random GED files verbatim deserves the mess they're going to have in their own work. Like I've said before, the last thing I belong to Ancestry for is those online trees.
