I'm getting 1310 error when trying to install. Had version 9 installed. Uninstalled, rebooted it and tried to load Deluxe 2011. Got the 1310 again. Googled the error, which led to this link. Tried all the suggestions. When trying to copy files to desktop from the CD, I got an error that it could not read the BCL.EasyConverterLib.Interop.dll file. I was logged in as administrator and reading from the CD should not have errored just doing a copy.

Need a fix for this problem.
