I am still using FTM 2005 because it integrates with TNG...regardless of why I am still using 2005, I cannot get any Ancestry.com search to complete. It cannot be anyone's software version...it can most certainly be an Ancestry.com problem...and one would certainly think they would join this thread with an update. It is not a crash as the subject line suggests.
