I just recently joined this year (2013) and the same thing is occurring to me. (Trying to find a "fix", is what lead me to this forumboard - why I "Googled" it.)

I am starting to become angry, seeing as they stated this was a "Known issue", and that was YEARS ago when that was stated.

I just dished out money to use this site, and now I cannot even use the site, seeing as this is happening VERY OFTEN to me.

(I have to wait and come back on, the NEXT DAY, to see "if" it is working, then.)

WHY HAVEN'T THEY "FIXED" THIS "KNOWN ISSUE".

(If they cannot "fix" it, they need to get someone who knows how to fix it. That is just common sense.)
