I had upgraded every year for many years but stopped 2 years ago because of all the issues. I decided to upgrade to 2012 because of the Tree Sync feature. Well needless to say that was a mistake. I have yet to get it to work and the helpful support staff suggested I take my data to the library to upload it on a faster connection. My home connection is faster than the library connection.

I just wish they would learn to test the features before releasing them.
