Surnames:

Version 16 works fine on my 64-bit systems with the FTMVistaUpdater. Just do not "Export" reports to PDF (program crashes), "Print" them to PDF.

If you have Win 7 Professional, you can load Virtual PC and run any version of Windows on your machine. I'm running programs written for Win95 without problems.
