Hi David,

I have both 2008 and 2010 apart from 2006, - 2010 was the free version from Ancestry so i may have missed out on something, The greatest bugbear i have is that after 2006 the "All in One" report is no longer available. (I bought 2008 in the hope it was still in there after i found it wasn't in 2010)

So now i find that i use 2006 for Data Entry, and for all in one report (provides me with a subset of connected people) export files to gedcom for uploads to Ancestry and Genes Reunited, but also export a full gedcom to import into 2010 which has a better relationship chart for identifying how 2 people are connected.

Note :- use of the gedcom format doesn't carry any photo's or other attachments you may have made to your data file.

If you find it comfortable you could just enter your info purely on Ancestry - I would suggest exporting your 2006 data to gedcom and uploading it to ancestry as your starting point.
